Job Duties:
- Handle Various Incoming Calls
- Input data into software system
- Set up Payment Schedules
- Dispute Resolution
- Misc. Administrative Duties
- Make Outgoing Calls as Needed
Office Hours (Mon-Fri; 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- Phone experience and/or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Bilingual a plus
- Basic Computer Skills + Proficient in Windows
