At First Financial Resources, we strive to provide our clients with the most current and unique services in the collection industry.  We do this to make our agency more efficient, effective, and easy to use.

Adding value to our service is of the utmost importance to our organization.  Therefore, while continually adding new services, we keep our collection fees constant.  We rely on our production to generate additional revenue for these services, not our clients' pockets.

Unfortunately, we do have a few services that we must add additional fees.  However, because of our "No Collection - No Charge" policy, our clients only pay these additional fees if we collect money from their debtor.

ON-LINE ACCOUNT PLACEMENT:  You can submit your account(s) on our online placement form to start the debt collection process. If we need additional information we will contact you with the details.

DEBTOR LOCATOR (SKIPTRACING):  With the utilization of the latest in technology, FFR can locate Business firms and contact debtors with efficiency and effectiveness.  Some companies actually prepare their business in ways to avoid debt collection services in case they run into financial troubles.  If some of your troubling clients are utilizing this method, we can help!

CREDIT REPORTING:  In the event we are unable to collect one of your claims, and deem the account is a just debt. We can forward account balances of $50.00 and above to an attorney and retain a judgment which may report your claim to certain credit agencies to hinder the account, and the debtor's credit rating.

FORWARDING ACCOUNTS:  First Financial Resources will forward individual accounts to an out-of-state American Collector Association member agency as needed.  Forwarding will only take place if the debtor lives in or moves to one of the following states/areas: AK, AR, AZ, CO, HI, MD, MN, NYC boroughs, or Buffalo NY.  This is necessary because legislation in these areas prohibit collection activity by out-of-state agencies.  All collection agencies encounter these roadblocks.

LEGAL EFFORTS:  Once collection efforts are exhausted, First Financial Resources will send the individual account to our attorney contingent upon the following:

• The account meets specific criteria (i.e. balance size, age, etc.).

• We received an authorization  signature from our client to pursue legal action. 

• The debtor has assets.                                                                                                        

• The collector working the account recommended legal action.

While the majority of our services are provided for our clients at no additional cost.  Our free services range from tools to facilitate the interface with our clients (i.e. listing accounts), to tools our collectors utilize to help them collect the most money possible for our clients (i.e. credit reporting).

COLLECTION SEMINARS:  We offer this service to our clients and general businesses alike.  Due to our experience in the collection industry, First Financial Resources has developed techniques to collect more money, while minimizing costs.  We offer a collection seminar that teaches businesses about these techniques, and how to raise their bottom line "in-house."  The seminar is customized for your individual business needs, and is given in your office for your convenience.
