How do I make a payment?

Many insurance policies can hold the member responsible for various out-of-pocket costs such as copays, deductibles, and coinsurance. If you have received a communication from our office regarding a medical-related debt and feel that the balance should be covered by an insurance carrier, we can help!
Dispute an account
If you wish to dispute an account, please call our office at 800-747-2302 and one of our representatives will be more than happy to assist you. You may also submit a dispute in writing to FFR via our contact form, email, mail, facsimile, or in person. Once received, FFR will investigate the situation and help resolve it accordingly.
How can I pull my credit report?
You’re entitled to one free copy of your credit report every 12 months from each of the three nationwide credit reporting companies. Order online from annualcreditreport.com, the only authorized website for free credit reports.
What is a credit score?
A credit score is a statistical number that evaluates a consumer’s creditworthiness and is based on credit history. Lenders use credit scores to evaluate the probability that an individual will repay his or her debts. A person’s credit score ranges from 300 to 850, and the higher the score, the more financially trustworthy a person is considered to be.
We are a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
Our office is required to notify you that we do not provide language translation services. A translation and description of commonly-used debt collection terms is available in multiple languages on the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs website, www.nyc.gov/dca.
