upfront fees or sign up charges?
A. No, First Financial Resources, Inc. has
a strict "NO COLLECTION, NO CHARGE"
policy.

Q. Do I have to sign a contract?
A. No, we have our clients sign a service agreement that lists the rates and
services we agree on for the accounts that are placed with our
collection service. The agreement serves as a guide for FFR to
service the accounts the way you want them serviced.

number of accounts to be placed?
A. We have no requirement to the number of accounts placed.
You can place as low as one account with us for collection .

back on accounts?
A. We can go back up to 6 years to collect a debt.

there a limit on the
dollar amount placed
for collection?
A. FFR limits the dollar amount placed
for collection to $10.00 and above. However, FFR reserves the right to adjust the
service rate on smaller collection accounts.

Q. Do you accept legal
accounts?
A. Yes, we accept
legal accounts. FFR has a network of attorneys to help us in collecting
a debt, also when a judgment has been made against a debtor, that
account can be turned over so we may begin to enforce the judgment.
